The Albany Townhomes project was the ground-up construction of a 6-unit, 3-story townhome in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Tampa, FL. Each unit totaled 2,750 SF and featured three bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The gourmet kitchen had a large center island with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Wide-plank wood floors were installed throughout, with porcelain tile in the wet areas. The master suite was on the 3rd floor with two large walk-in closets and a free-standing tub.
