The Beach Products project was the design-build of a 10,000 SF, 2-story office building for Beach Pharmaceuticals' corporate headquarters on De Leon Street. The second floor included 2 exterior terraces, totaling 1,370 square feet, and the roof was an engineered slate tile. The project included a full site package with an underground storm water retention vault.
