The Arizona College of Nursing Project was a 2nd and 3rd-floor interior tenant build-out of the Westshore City Center, transforming the space into a campus fully equipped to prepare Arizona College students for thriving careers as registered nurses. The new facility includes office and classroom spaces, a resource center, student commons, and a student lounge, as well as multiple state-of-the-art laboratories. The scope of our team's work on this project included a new fire line tap along Westshore Blvd and the installation of a backflow preventor, check valves, fire riser, FDC, and sprinklers for the entire building.
