The EMI Industries Addition project was a 5,574 SF office addition for EMI at Pine Brooke Business Park, expanding their existing facilities with a new two-story office building that seamlessly connected two existing structures. Interior features included multiple breakrooms, conference rooms, and restrooms; which provided efficient spaces for employees and visitors. A key architectural feature of the project is the exterior aluminum and glass curtain wall system at the entry elevator, which creates a striking focal point and brings natural light into the building.
