Burk Clark

Founder

University of Florida, Building Construction, 1977

Burk has more than forty-five years of experience in the

commercial construction industry and has been actively involved in the

Tampa Bay Market since 1981. He holds a Class A General

Contractor’s license in the State of Florida and is also a licensed real

estate broker. Burk stays active in the firm providing executive

management, hi-level business oversight, and business development.

Cameron Clark

University of Florida, Building Construction, 2005

Cameron has been with The Sinclair Group since 2011 and oversees

the Business Development and Estimating departments. He works

hand-in-hand with the design team and owners through all phases of

preconstruction until the project is turned over to operations.

Cameron has extensive experience in many sectors of the construction

industry as well as a variety of delivery methods, from design-build to

hard bid.

Graham Clark

Graham has been with the Sinclair Group since 2012 and oversees

operations of the company’s projects. He is the primary client contact

and provides project oversight. He works closely with the project

managers and superintendents to ensure an on-time project

completion, as well as monitoring the project costs, project logs,

quality control, job progress, and attending the weekly OAC

meetings.

Maghann Watson

Maghann has been with The Sinclair Group since 2024 and manages

the members of the project team. She is the primary client contact

and provides project oversight to ensure an on-time project

completion, as well as monitoring the project costs, project logs,

quality control, job progress, and attending the weekly OAC

meetings.
