8-Unit Guest Cottage | Old Memorial Golf Club
The Guest Cottage at Old Memorial Golf Club project was a 2-story, 8-unit building totaling 4,900 SF. Each floor had four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The common area on each floor included a Living/Dining/Kitchen space for guests to congregate while not golfing. Rear porches on each floor overlooked the golf course. Old Memorial is a private, national golf club built by Outback Steakhouse founders and opened in 1997.
