The Sinclair Group partnered with Masters Building Products Plant City, designing and building two tilt-wall warehouses to support their company's expansion. The scope of our team's work in this project included a complete 15-acre site package, heavy-duty and light-duty paving, and a parking area including 111 parking spaces. The completed warehouses, spanning an industrious 60,000 and 100,000 square feet respectively, delivered on our goals to support Master’s Building’s in their growth from a modest building supply company to a successful International distributor.
