In 2007, The Sinclair Group completed the ground-up construction of a custom L-shaped waterfront residence on Spanish Main in Tampa. This three-story, three-bedroom home draws inspiration from the historic coastal architecture of Georgia and the Carolinas. Unique to this project were authentic details incorporated throughout the build. It utilized reclaimed Georgia brick to enhance the home's timeless character, while the pool deck, steps, and walkways were crafted using old granite curbs salvaged from Tampa’s own streets. A widow’s walk crowns the home, paying homage to traditional coastal designs and offering breathtaking views of the waterfront. This exceptional residence earned a feature in At Home Magazine in 2008, celebrating its architectural elegance.
