Ground-up Waterfront Restaurant | Rattlesnake Point
The Bahia Tampa project consists of a ground-up, single-story restaurant situated on Rattlesnake Point offering views of Tampa Bay. The restaurant will encompass 7,578 SF of indoor air-conditioned space and 1,983 of patio areas. A full-service kitchen, bar, indoor dining, and outdoor dining areas are included, as well as a full site-work package. Sinclair provided pre-construction services during the design phase.
