The Sinclair team has completed two unique projects for Buddy Brew Coffee across the Tampa Bay area, starting with their Bay to Bay location, and most recently, their Armature Works location. The Buddy Brew the Armature Works project was the interior buildout of new coffee bar location for Buddy Brew, executed within an existing coffee bar at Armature Works food hall. Renovations included a new coffee bar, equipment, millwork and finishes. No modifications to the overall area of the space were made, and all work was performed to preserve the original footprint.
