The Sinclair team has completed two unique Buddy Brew Coffee projects across the Tampa Bay area at Armature Works and on Bay to Bay Blvd. The Buddy Brew on Bay to Bay project was the interior buildout of a cafe location with architecture work by RDB Design, featuring custom interiors by Oxford Design Company that showcase Buddy Brew’s locally beloved brand. The single-story, 2,015 SF building included a prep area, a coffee bar and coffee service area, as well as a 105 SF outdoor deck.
