The Davis Law Office project in the Channel District was a complete renovation of a historic building, including an interior demolition. The exterior brick required repair, pointing, and patching to restore the exterior facade to its original appearance. New windows were also installed throughout. The interior tenant build-out included high-end finishes for the law office that occupied the second floor of the building.
