The Sinclair Group is currently providing pre-construction services for the Dawning Family Solutions Center Project, expected to be completed in September of 2027. The plans involve the demolition of an existing one-story building and the construction of a new 9,200 SF, two-story, multi-purpose building that will house a Family Homeless Prevention program aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness. The building includes shower rooms, laundry, open and enclosed offices, a servery, and restrooms. Our team will serve as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to begin in September 2026.
