The Grand Pavilion Fitness Center Project project involved the ground-up construction and conversion of an existing single-story racquetball court into the Grand Pavilion Fitness Center at Trellis at the Lakes in St. Petersburg, Florida. The existing structure was transformed into a fully enclosed 1,736-square-foot fitness facility designed to serve the community’s recreational needs. The renovated building features masonry bearing walls supporting pre-engineered, sloped wood trusses with a fiberglass asphalt shingle roof system.
