Initial Build-Out for Coffee Shop/ Café
The DRNK & QWENCH Project was the tenant build-out of a coffee shop and juice bar in the Marina Pointe district of Tampa, FL. This build-out was a new shell space which scope included new restrooms, prep area, and a coffee and juice bar. Details of the project included lighting, millwork, and all new finishes.
