Initial Build-Out for Coffee Shop/ Café
The DRNK & QWENCH Project was the interior tenant build-out and facade renovation of a coffee shop and juice bar in the Marina Pointe district of Tampa, FL. This build-out was a new shell space, with scope including new restrooms, a prep area, and a coffee and juice bar. The project scope included all new lighting, millwork, and finishes.
