The Gigi's Playhouse project was an interior tenant build-out for a non-profit Down Syndrome Achievement Center. The scope of the project included construction of new offices, restrooms, and a break room. As part of the facilities offered programming, there were also therapy rooms, tutoring rooms, a media room, and a large activity room with an art area.
