The Mirabay project was the interior and exterior renovation of the Entrance, Gatehouse, and Recreation Complex at the Mirabay Club within the Harbor Bay Community Development District. Renovations included new doors, windows, framing, roofing, millwork, and paint for all buildings within the facility, as well as landscaping details including fountains, sculptures, and concrete walkways. Renovations were also made to the pool deck area, sauna, and tennis courts.
