The Naked Farmer Project was the build-out of a 1,709 SF high-end counter-service restaurant on the first floor of a 21-story high-rise office building in downtown Tampa. The tenant improvement included two different kitchens, banquette seating, a business area, and specialized finishes. Exterior work included a facade renovation and a new storefront.
