The Sinclair Group’s work with Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church began in 1999, when our team served as Owner’s Rep following a fire in the East wing of the Church, to build a new multi-purpose wing and renovate all areas of damage, including the church offices and preschool. Over the past three decades, our team has completed over 15 separate projects at PCPC, including structural repairs, interior room remodels, and general modernizations; most recently, completing a full structural repair of the building’s entry building. In 2025, our team created a long-term budget for PCPC, outlining an overall plan for the Church to complete various future projects and repairs across its campus in the coming years.
