Multiple Ground-Up Restaurant Franchise Locations | Portillo's Hot Dogs
The Sinclair Group has completed the ground-up construction of 3 unique locations for Portillo's Hot Dogs in Brandon, FL; Tampa, FL; and Greenfield, WI. Each restaurant averaged 9,000 SF and included multiple dining rooms, a 1,000+ SF kitchen and prep area, and separate ice, catering, and salad bars. The scope of work on the Brandon and Greenfield projects included parking lots up to 2.1 acres in size, as well as all adjacent landscaping work.
