This project was the ground-up construction the first ever Florida Portillo's Hot Dogs location in Brandon. The ground-up Chicago-Style restaurant had over 9,000 SF of interior space, and included multiple dining rooms, a 1,000+ SF kitchen and prep area, and separate ice, catering, and salad bars. The scope of work included a 2.1 acre parking lot, as well as 1,000+ SF of outdoor seating.
