The Portillo's Greenfield Project was the ground-up build of a 9,000 SF restaurant location for the iconic Chigago-style street food chain in Greenfield, WI. The restaurant included multiple dining areas including a fully private dining room, a catering bar, salad bar, prepline kitchen, multiple walk-in coolers and separate walk-in freezer, as well as dry storage spaces. The scope of the project covered 15,672 SF of exterior work, including the parking lot, landscaping, and outdoor seating areas.
