Ground-Up Chicago-Style Street Food Restaurant
This project was the ground-up construction of a 9,000 SF restaurant location for Portillo's Hot Dogs at University Mall in Tampa, FL. The Chicago-Style restaurant included multiple dining rooms, a 1,000+ SF kitchen and prep area; separate ice, catering, and salad bars; as well as 1,000+ SF of outdoor seating.
