The Sinclair Group has delivered two interior tenant improvements across the Greater Tampa Bay area for Qdoba Mexican Eats. The first project, located in New Tampa, was an interior build-out that included approximately 105 SF of dining space and a 647 SF commercial kitchen. The layout featured clearly defined prep, cooking, and cleaning stations. Following the New Tampa project, we completed a second interior build-out in St. Petersburg, which included 508 SF of dining space, an aluminum in-door walk-in cooler, and an in-kitchen manager’s office. The kitchen also included individualized cooking and prep areas.
