The Royal Pets Project was the tenant fill-in of a raw shell lease space of 8,742 SF for a combined specialty pet retailer and veterinary hospital. The build-out included both large and small dog parks at the entrance of the building, as well as 2,178 SF of retail space. The rest of the building was dedicated to a fully operational pet hospital, which included three grooming spaces, four exam rooms, an X-Ray room, an operating room, and dedicated office spaces.
