The Kennedy Retail project was the facade renovation of a mixed use development on Kennedy Boulevard. The remodel included extensive demolition and replacement of the interior wall and ceiling finishes, as well as the exterior concrete walkways. Additions included new structural steel, decorative metals, stucco, doors, and glass storefronts. Our team also updated a majority of the plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing for the entire development.
