The Sinclair Group has completed interior buildouts for both of Bevel Up's high-end med spa locations in the Tampa Bay area. In 2021, Bevel Up opened in Midtown, and our team worked with AiC architecture to construct a destination for functional aesthetic medicine that would live up to the Bevel Up brand. The buildout of the 2,165 SF space included five treatment centers, two laser rooms, a nurses station, and a product display area; as well as a glass-partitioned office in the back of the building that included a break room and a conference room. In 2025, Bevel Up opened their Water Street location, and our team completed a build-out of the 1,407 SF space that included five treatment rooms and a nurses office.
