Interior and Exterior Renovation of Historic Building | Ybor City
The Sanchez y Haya project involves the historical renovation of a 1910 building in Ybor City. The Sanchez y Haya will be restored to its original multi-purpose function, including a restaurant, bar, and cigar lounge on the first floor, and an 11-room boutique hotel on the second floor. The bar will contain a restored, historic back bar, and the exterior doors and windows will be custom made of acetylated wood. The building totals over 16,000 SF, and has an expected completion within the third quarter of 2026.
