Exterior and Interior Restoration of Historic Building | Ybor City
The Sanchez Y Haya project consists of the historical renovation of the original building in Ybor City, built in 1910. The building will be restored to it's original multi-purpose function, including a restaurant, bar, and cigar lounge on the first floor, and an 11-room botique hotel on the second floor. The bar will contain a restored, historic Back Bar, and the exterior doors and windows will be custom made of acetylated wood. The building totals over 16,000 SF and has an expected completion in the third quarter of 2026.
