The Seaboard Crossing project was the adaptive reuse of a site and two industrial buildings totaling 44,048 SF in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg, Florida. This industrial site was transformed into into a retail space, and named after the old Seaboard Rail line that serviced the Warehouse Arts District decades ago. The Sinclair Group was responsible for the design-build, in collaboration with AiC Architecture, of improvements to the shell building as well as the parking lot.
