The SoHo Saloon project was the partial demolition and tenant improvement of a building on South Howard Avenue, tranforming it into a neighborhood sport's bar. The renovation involved the demolition of a two-story masonry and wood-frame building at the back of the property, and a new 2,000 SF addition to the remaining space. The build-out included a new bar, walk-in cooler, kitchen, and games area; and the scope of the project included exterior improvements to the landscaping, parking lot, and the additon of outdoor bar patios and seating.
