In 2018, The Sinclair Group completed a full-scale renovation of St. Clements Episcopal Church in Tampa, FL. The project included full demolition and reconstruction of all restrooms, interior finishes, and millwork, as well as the removal and replacement of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The scope also included renovations to some interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, and ceilings. All existing flooring was preserved during the renovation.
