This project was the ground-up build of the first-ever Wow! That's Fresh location; a new fast/casual restaurant concept by the creators of the PDQ franchise. The restaurant featured a back-of-house kitchen plan with a pizza oven window, a closed office and hospitality house, and a drive-through window. The scope of the project included all interior finishes; such as its fixed booth seating and beverage and condiment counters.
