The ABA Centers of Florida Project was the interior build-out of a new ABA therapy center in Tampa within Anchor Plaza. This tenant improvement was contained within the 12,622 SF first floor of the multi-tenant office building. The scope included demolition of existing partitions, ceiling tiles, and light fixtures, new construction of partitions, installation of millwork, light fixtures and finishes, as well as any corresponding plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work to accomidate the new layout.
