In 2015, the Sinclair team completed the ground-up construction of the Arts and Science Center at Berkeley Preparatory School, one of the most highly regarded educational campuses in the Tampa Bay area. This landmark project included a 75,782-square-foot academic facility and a 4,922-square-foot covered walkway designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing campus. Interior spaces included state-of-the-art science laboratories, modern classrooms, multiple art studios, music rehearsal spaces, and a drama room featuring a portable stage. The facility also houses the school’s counseling and testing department and a 230-seat recital hall with state-of-the-art sonic technology.
