In 2015, the Sinclair team completed the renovation of the Technology Building and the construction of the Technology Commons at Berkeley Preparatory School, one of the most esteemed academic campuses in the Tampa Bay area. The project included the renovation of a 4,244 SF Technology Building, along with 1,943 SF of roof canopies. The scope of work involved interior demolition and a full renovation of the Technology Building, transforming existing spaces into updated classrooms, workrooms, and offices designed to support modern learning and collaboration. Additionally, the project included the Technology Commons, featuring an arched covered walkway and a covered aluminum canopy that connects the Technology Building to the Arts and Sciences Building.
