The Sinclair Group has completed two major construction projects for Berkeley Preparatory School, the nationally regarded, independent day school in Tampa dedicated to offering outstanding resources to its students through numerous facilities on its 86-acre campus. One of the projects our team delivered for Berkeley Preparatory School was the interior remodel of the Tech & Commons building on campus. The remodel involved a complete transformation of the building's educational and social spaces and included the creation of a state-of-the-art technology lab designed to facilitate cutting-edge learning and innovation. Additionally, we developed a new, inviting common room to serve as a multifunctional space for student engagement and collaboration.
