Ground-Up Memory Care Facility
The Bayshore Memory Care project was the ground-up construction of a 2-story memory care facility with 65 living units and 73 beds. The facility contained a commercial kitchen, a dining room, administrative offices, and staff training rooms. Activity rooms, common spaces, and wellness/nurses stations were on each floor. A full site development package was completed as part of the project.
