The Market Place Shopping Center project consisted of the exterior façade renovation of a dated, single-story multi-tenant retail building. The scope of work focused on modernizing the building’s appearance while improving durability and cohesion across tenant storefronts. Renovations included upgrades to the ground-floor covered walkway areas and selective improvements to existing roof parapets in addition to the exterior facade renovations. A total of 4,824 square feet of exterior space was remodeled, resulting in a refreshed, contemporary façade.
