The Sinclair team completed two unique Buddy Brew Coffee projects across Tampa — one on Bay to Bay Boulevard and another within Armature Works, the city’s premier upscale food hall. Different in scale and setting, both builds reflect the same dedication to craftsmanship and the authentic brand experience that defines Buddy Brew. The Bay to Bay location was a ground-up construction designed by RDB Design, featuring custom interiors by Oxford Design Company that showcase Buddy Brew’s signature warm and inviting aesthetic. The Armature Works build required a different set of distinct considerations, as it was constructed within an existing historic structure. This project included the installation of entirely new plumbing systems and the creation of an elevated coffee bar, constructed to integrate seamlessly with the dynamic, high-end environment of Armature Works.
