The Sinclair Group has successfully carried out the interior buildouts at two of Canopy Café’s unique breakfast restaurant locations. In 2019, our team completed a 2,500 SF tenant buildout of the Canopy Café within the Village at Causeway in Tampa, which included 170 SF of banquet seating, 536 SF of kitchen space, and 41 SF of bar seating with 5 circular booth tables along the Eastern wall. In 2023, our team was responsible for the interior buildout of a 3,903 SF location in Riverview which included 1,436 SF of dining room space, a 133 SF private dining room, as well as a central bar and outdoor patio.
