The Sinclair Group partnered with Finn’s Dockside to bring their goals to life in creating a true Florida casual waterfront experience. Our team worked to develop a new ground-up, full-service restaurant and bar on the scenic Apollo Beach canals. The project features both indoor and outdoor dining, with expansive patios and additional seating areas to capture views of Tampa Bay. Beyond the dining experience, our work included site development with a new parking area, a complete on-site drainage system, and full-service docks.
