Interior Buildout and Exterior Renovation of Brewery & Restaurant
The Florida Avenue Brewing project was the adaptive reuse of a sports complex into a restaurant/bar/entertainment venue. The project included a complete interior and exterior renovation. The facility included a private tasting room, a bar with a family dining area, and a full-service kitchen. The scope of the project also included a state-of-the-art brewing facility, where tours are hosted, as well as over 7,000 SF of outdoor patio space containing game areas, in addition to dining space.
