The Sinclair Group is the Owner's Representative for the FMC/OH's new facilities in Pasco County, consisting of 3 medical office buildings. The project is still in pre-construction, and services have included: reviewing and evaluating the Owner's programming, creating and tracking the schedule, selecting various Owner's professional services, preparing the RFP to select and evaluate the GC, overseeing the ground lease negotiations, reviewing budget allocations, and coordinating the design process.
