This project was the refresh and renovation of Harborview Plaza in Tampa, FL. The scope included renovating the building’s first floor to build out a new fitness center for the plaza’s office tenants. This gym and workout space were equipped with modern, state-of-the-art fans, lockers, and equipment. The Harborview Plaza Refresh also included an interior build-out of the second- and third-floor restrooms.
