The Melting Pot Social project consisted of a 3,784-square-foot interior tenant improvement build-out of a restaurant in Downtown Tampa. The scope of work encompassed all associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. In addition to the interior improvements, the project included minor exterior enhancements to the existing storefront. Exterior work involved the installation of new entry doors, the construction of a service ramp, and the addition of an ADA-compliant access ramp to improve functionality and accessibility.
