The Sinclair Group delivered a ground-up building housing Men’s Wearhouse on Dale Mabry. This project was expedited for the team developing Midtown Tampa, as Men's Warehouse needed to be relocated across the street to make room for the incoming developments. The scope included a full site development package, the ground-up building, and all interiors.
