This project consisted of the relocation of an existing Men’s Wearhouse retail store to a new site across the street on Dale Mabry Highway, accommodating an incoming development for Midtown Tampa. The new store was constructed as a 6,040-square-foot standalone building featuring concrete masonry unit walls on concrete footings, a slab-on-grade foundation, and a steel roof assembly. The scope of work also included comprehensive site improvements such as earthwork, installation of water and fire utilities, sanitary utilities, power and communications infrastructure, as well as paving and landscaping.
