This project consisted of the ground-up construction of the Outparcel at the Village at Causeway in Brandon, Florida. The 3,840-square-foot, single-story retail shopping center was constructed to support multiple tenants and long-term commercial use. The building features outswing steel service doors and aluminum entrance doors, along with a thermally broken aluminum storefront system for energy efficiency and durability. The roof assembly includes a single-ply roofing system, with synthetic roof shake and slate of polymer-injection mold fabrication.
