This project involved the ground-up construction of a new outparcel retail center on Causeway Boulevard, built to accommodate multiple tenants in a flexible, modern layout. The building features light-gauge steel framing and pre-fabricated light-gauge steel roof trusses, ensuring strength, efficiency, and long-term durability. As part of the development, the Sinclair team also completed the interior build-out for a Jimmy John’s restaurant, delivering a space that aligns with the brand’s established aesthetic and operational standards. The finished center provides a versatile retail environment that supports both local and national businesses.
