Corporate Office Interior Build-Out
The Penny Hoarder, founded in 2010 by Kyle Taylor as a blog about interesting ways to earn and save money, had developed into a multi-million dollar company by 2015, featured on sites like Oprah.com, CNN, and Yahoo! Finance. Kyle Taylor tasked The Sinclair Group with moving his successful financial advice company from the online space to its new brick-and-mortar headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our team renovated a 100-year-old building on Central Avenue into a state-of-the-art office space, featuring working “pod” rooms, open writers and lounge areas, gaming activities, and more. The Tampa Bay Business Journal awarded The Penny Hoarder “Coolest Office Space” in 2018.
