Corporate Office Interior Build-Out
The Penny Hoarder, founded in 2010 by Kyle Taylor as a blog about interesting ways to earn and save money, had developed into a multi-million dollar company by 2015. The Sinclair Group was entrusted with moving the company from the online space to its new brick-and-mortar headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. This state-of-the-art office space, featuring working “pod” rooms, open writers and lounge areas, gaming activities, and more. The Tampa Bay Business Journal awarded The Penny Hoarder “Coolest Office Space” in 2018.
