This project involved the interior renovation of an existing office building in Sabal Park, highlighted by the construction of a new multi-story atrium. The primary scope encompassed 8,216 SF of renovated floor area on the first floor, along with minor demolition and selective renovations on the second through fifth floors to accommodate the atrium opening. Work included the integration of interior landscaping following atrium construction, featuring integrated planters with bamboo trees and decorative Mexican beach pebbles.
