The Salt Shack on the Bay project was the ground-up construction of a locally cherished open-air restaurant and bar at Rattlesnake Point. The Sinclair Group also delivered a later expansion and renovation to Salt Shack, which included additions of new patios and waterfront seating to enhance Salt Shack’s waterfront dining experience while staying true to its rustic-refined, Caribbean-inspired atmosphere. Our scope in this renovation included the incorporation of pile foundations, a new parking area, and an underground collection vault. The result is a seamless addition that supports both guest experience and long-term growth at Salt Shack’s Old Tampa Bay destination.
