The Sapphire Lounge project consists of the interior build-out of a high-end supper club spanning 17,000 SF. It will feature a main entertainment lounge, bar area, VIP sections, and private dining spaces. The scope includes a full-service kitchen and an equipment mezzanine, along with complete demolition of the existing space. The project is design-build and is currently under construction.
